During the pandemic, a large portion of Personal Training and Kinesiology sessions moved online. We'd already been coaching online for 10+ years, so we built

interchangeable in-person and online packages

that maximize client results and create work-life balance for coaches.

At Kenaz we strive to do 2 things:

Create the gold standard of Hybrid Training (In Person & Online).

We measure this by maximizing the value and results each client gets and minimizing the time it takes the coach to fulfill. We've been working on this for years and are always adapting and improving.

Develop practitioners who can build a sustainable practice.

Most coaches are only ever taught Fulfillment (how to coach and get clients results). If you want to create your own paycheque and help WAY more people, you need a foundation in the other 4 functions: Lead Generation, Lead Nurture, Sales, and Ascension/Retention. That's where we come in. We'll give you a few new clients each month, and we'll teach you how to generate the rest organically so you're never dependent on anyone to "fill your schedule."

Kenaz Training

Team of Trainers, Kinesiologists, Nutritionists, and Physiotherapists with different niches and specialties, working together holistically to maximize client results. Leadership does regular 1-on-1's with each coach to help improve in the 5 business functions. We also have an online portal with short videos and PDFs from our years of experience. We treat each coach like we do our clients: support, motivation, education, and tools to be the best version of themselves. Our Sales & Marketing team currently produces 10-20 new clients per month to
