Job Description
Our Banking client in Toronto, Ontario is looking to hire a Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer for a 12-months contract role.
What you will be doing\xe2\x80\xa6
- Systematic product design.
- integration of RBC\xe2\x80\x99s design system into the reusable capabilities.
- Testing and measuring success.
- Collaborating with product teams across RBC Digital.
What you will need to succeed\xe2\x80\xa6 Must Have Skills:
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Looking for Strong interaction and visual designer
- They are working on horizontal teams and will be working on different projects/mini products-apps ((Apps ex:- Online banking, direct investing, RBC mobile apps and others))
- Engaging skills and collaboration skills.
- Working on design process, testing ideas, and generating solutions.
- Evaluating designs through user testing.
- Strong skills in Figma, to build artifacts.
- Tools to test prototype.
- Strong skills for user testing and research.
- Working closely with development teams.
Nice to have skills:
- Working with FI- Nice to have.
