Overview

One of our clients is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, thermal storage, and

air conditioning solutions in the Guelph and surrounding Ontario area. We pride ourselves

on quality service and a team-focused work environment. We are currently seeking a

motivated HVAC Warehouse Working Supervisor to join our team in Guelph, Ontario.

This is a hands-on leadership role (90% operational, 10% supervisory), ideal for someone

who enjoys working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team member while setting direction and

providing coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Must have a Valid Forklift and Driving license.

Work alongside and lead one warehouse team member with a focus on efficiency,

safety, and accuracy.

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of HVAC equipment, parts, and

supplies.

?

Pick and prepare orders accurately for technicians and customers.

?

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

?

Load and unload deliveries; operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand

trucks, forklifts).

?

Participate in inventory and cycle counts; maintain accurate inventory records.

?

Follow all safety protocols and ensure team member compliance.

?

Deliver friendly and professional customer service during pickups and drop-offs.

?

Assist with occasional small truck driving and trade show support.

Qualifications and Skills:

?

High school diploma or equivalent.

?

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

?

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

?

Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

?

Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.

?

Basic computer literacy (training provided).

?

Previous warehouse experience preferred.

?

Supervisory experience preferred, but strong candidates looking to grow will be

considered.

Willingness to learn HVAC product knowledge and procedures.

?

Forklift certification and first aid training (or willingness to obtain).

?

Valid driver's license for occasional small truck use.
