What You'll Do

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems Work on chillers, boilers, makeup air units, pumps, fans, and cooling towers Partner with mechanics and apprentices on large-scale projects and repairs Complete service reports and work orders accurately Provide recommendations to improve system efficiency and customer comfort Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships with clients Always prioritize safety and follow best practices on every job
What We're Looking For

313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License Gas Technician 1 License (TSSA certified) Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification (or provincial equivalent) Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial HVAC experience Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, mechanical alignment, and HVAC controls Valid driver's license with clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Team player with the ability to also work independently Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning

Pay: $35.00-$70.00 per hour
