HVAC Technician

to join our team and deliver top-notch service.

Position Overview

As an HVAC Technician at Borts HVAC, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and light commercial settings. You'll also perform installations as needed and ensure each customer receives excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups to extend system life and efficiency Assist with installation of new HVAC systems when required Accurately complete service reports and communicate findings to customers and office staff Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field Deliver professional and friendly customer service at every job site
Qualifications

2+ years of HVAC service/installation experience preferred Gas Technician 2 (G2) license required Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Sheet metal license or ODP certification an asset
