Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role requires the ability to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues related to HVAC equipment. Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and layouts. Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations. Build and plumb new HVAC installations as required. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure efficient operation of all HVAC systems. Perform appliance repair tasks related to HVAC units when needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Familiarity with HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. Welding skills are a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
