Work experience/skills:

Must be a licensed technician OBT2 and G2 (minimum requirements) 3-5 years of residential HVAC experience Must have a valid Ontario driver's license Refrigeration technician license 313A and/or A/C systems mechanic 313D considered an asset but not required Willingness to train / complete apprenticeship to obtain 313D
Job requirements:

Attend to residential service calls Service, repair and install Propane, Oil and Natural Gas heating systems in residential settings. Some light commercial work as well. Consistently exceeds customer service standards and customer concerns in a professional manner. This is a customer facing role and you will be responsible for maintaining positive and ongoing customer relationships in the local communities. Driven to learn about products to increase your knowledge base and expertise in this role Manage prompt site visits and efficient turn-around times on service/maintenance calls delivering superior installation quality and service Maintain ongoing training requirements Consistently follow all Health & Safety Policies & Procedures Onsite training provided
Key Details:

Office location - Napanee Company Vehicle and cell phone provided Previous HVAC Technical repair and maintenance experience with gas or oil required Available for standard working hours Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, on call and overtime required where necessary to service the needs of our customer base, particularly during home heating season On call rotation every 1 out of 4 weeks (some flexibility is available/required when workloads allow and to meet the needs of our customers) Reports to - Operations Manager Ability to lift 50 lbs., where required Paid vacation is negotiable Benefits upon start date RRSP & DPSP program after 90 days with employer contributions Quarterly Safety Bonus Hourly rate, depending on experience and license, ranges from $25.00 - $45.00/ hr.
