Newhouse Home Comfort - Collingwood, Ontario

Our company based out of Collingwood is growing and we are currently recruiting for a Licensed and experienced HVAC Technician with a current Gas Fitter 2 license ODP ( Residential Air Conditioning System Mechanic license (313D) is not required but deemed an asset.)

Technician will be responsible for installations, responding to service calls, performing maintenance service work and promoting service options to residential clients. This position requires an experienced technician with appropriate licensure.

Applicant must be knowledgeable, personable and outgoing. Able to maintain one of our fully stocked service vehicles and be able to work independently and with the assistance of one of our other service technicians when needed. Applicant must be able to prioritize and use time wisely and efficiently.

Applicant is required to have:

- ( Not required but deemed an asset.) Residential Air Conditioning System Mechanic license (313D)

-Gas Fitter 2 license and current ODP

-Class G driver's license or better, clean drivers abstract.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Clean Criminal record

- Must be flexible to work some weekends, evenings and on call. ( Pay differentials to be discussed)

- 2 years experience, however we will considered qualified applicant with less experience.
