Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced

HVAC Supervisor

to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in HVAC systems, proven management experience, and a passion for leading others toward excellence on every project.

As HVAC Supervisor, you'll oversee field operations, ensure quality control, manage timelines and resources, and work closely with our project managers and estimators to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Supervise and support HVAC crews on residential and commercial projects Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules for job sites Ensure installation quality meets company and code standards Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or workflow challenges Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and foremen to ensure smooth project execution Train, mentor, and develop technicians and apprentices Promote and maintain a safe and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

Minimum

10 years of HVAC experience

(installation, service, or project work) Minimum

5 years of management or supervisory experience

Red Seal Journeyperson certification in Refrigeration or Sheet Metal (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Team player with a passion for craftsmanship and quality work Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean abstract

What We Offer

Competitive salary:

$75,000-$120,000 (based on experience)
