Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor to oversee our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems and a strong background in mechanical maintenance. This role involves supervising a team of installers/technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HVAC team to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Provide training and support to technicians on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures. Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and develop effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs. Collaborate with other departments for project planning and execution related to HVAC systems. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair. Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations and repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Experience in construction environments with a focus on maintenance operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Good communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
