HVAC Service Technician (Full Time)

At E.G. Penner Building Centres Ltd., a COR Certified supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba.

We are currently looking for full-time

HVAC Service Technician

to join our Installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, fitting and joining HVAC parts.

Using equipment to install products including furnaces, air handlers, HRV's, air conditioners, etc.

Perform highly diverse duties including Installation, troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance.

Perform offsite and onsite maintenance to HVAC systems and equipment and inspect product quality and installation, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be a Journeyperson or have equivalent experience. Minimum of four (4) years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience, including gas fitting.

Demonstrate a proven record of providing quality workmanship with attention to detail and strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Must be a dependable, team player with strong time management skills and have the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships.
