Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The Hvac Service Technician will work closely with clients to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.

What we are looking for:



A minimum of 1 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters. Valid Gas Fitter Two License Valid Refrigeration License Residential Air Conditioning (313D) License (Asset) Valid Driver's License with a clean record Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles. Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments. Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder. An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work efficiently and effectively both alone and within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements.

What will you do:



Installation:

Install, test, and set up HVAC systems, including gas heating units, for commercial properties, ensuring adherence to safety standards and codes.

Maintenance:

Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems, including cleaning, calibrating, and making adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

Repairs:

Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC systems and gas-related components, addressing any malfunctions or inefficiencies promptly and effectively.

Safety Compliance

Follow all safety regulations and procedures related to HVAC and gas systems, including the safe handling and disposal of refrigerants and other hazardous materials.

Emergency Response:

Provide on-call support for emergency HVAC repairs, including after-hours or weekend work as needed to address urgent issues.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate professionally with tenants and property managers to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance procedures clearly and courteously.

Documentation:

Keep detailed records of all service performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities, and provide regular reports to the property management team.

Collaboration:

Work in coordination with the property management team and other maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations and address any property-specific needs or concerns.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
