HVAC Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality HVAC service while treating each customer's home with care and respect Professionally diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductless split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and related accessories Complete maintenance and inspection reports thoroughly and accurately Meet company performance metrics, including: Minimizing call-backs Communicating sales opportunities to our team Completing all required documentation Ensuring safety protocols and measurements are recorded

Qualifications:

Valid

G2 Gas License

with a minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience Valid

313D Air Conditioning Mechanic

Certificate of Qualification

ODP Certification

Valid

Class G Driver's License

Ability to participate in an on-call rotation as required Physically capable of performing all duties of the role, including working at heights and on ladders Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient with mobile dispatching systems, including updating job notes and uploading photos
