Position Overview



We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive business development in the Indian market. This role involves developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our products/services to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Indian market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Market Expansion:

In the designated Indian market area, actively search for and develop new customers, and expand new business channels.

Through phone calls, emails, social media, etc., conduct potential customer development and sales opportunity exploration.

Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and online activities to build connections and enhance brand awareness.

Customer Relationship Maintenance:

Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with new and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions.

Follow up on customer orders, handle pre-sale and post-sale issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage the customer contact list, follow up promptly, to maintain long-term cooperative relationships.

Sales Management:

Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing department, customer service department) to ensure providing excellent services to customers.

Continuously monitor industry trends, product updates, and competitor dynamics to maintain market competitiveness.

Product and Service Promotion:

Clearly introduce the value of products or services to customers and demonstrate how they solve customer pain points.

Prepare quotation, and sales contracts based on customer needs.

Negotiate prices and contract terms, complete transactions.

Job Qualifications:



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, business, or related fields preferred.

Work Experience:

2-3 years of sales or customer service-related work experience

Language Skills:

Fluent in English (both spoken and written), able to communicate effectively with customers. Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian language is preferred.

Skills and Proficiencies:



Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in sales techniques, with excellent negotiation skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Pay: From $34,400.00 per year
