As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers. You'll educate clients on the best heating and cooling solutions, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage commercial HVAC sales leads Conduct consultations and site visits to assess customer needs Present product and service options clearly and effectively Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals Follow up on all sales inquiries, proposals, and past customers Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Qualifications:

2+ years of HVAC sales experience Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to customers Valid driver's license and clean driving record
