We are a fast-growing HVAC company specializing in
heat pumps, furnaces, and government rebate programs (CleanBC & FortisBC)
-- and we're looking for talentedSales Representatives
to join our team!Your Role:
Meet with homeowners to assess their heating & cooling needs Provide professional HVAC solutions and explain rebate programs Prepare and present quotations (training provided) Follow up with customers and close sales Work closely with our installation and office teams
We Offer:
Base salary
plus commission (average $80,000-$150,000/year)
Full training on HVAC products and rebate programs Flexible schedule Leads provided by company (no cold calling required) Opportunity to grow into Sales Manager or Regional PartnerRequirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience in HVAC, home improvement, or real estate preferred Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented Fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset) Valid driver's license
