Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for New Home Construction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all HVAC systems are installed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Occasionally perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals related to HVAC installations. Weld and fabricate components as necessary for system installations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role in New Home Construction & Commercial Construction. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings. Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship while working under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $50,698.18-$100,000.00 per year
