SUMMARY

An HVAC Technician will assist in the installations, maintenance, and service of HVAC equipment. The technician will also be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of our team of technicians, shop practices, and procedures. They will also assist the shop and technical supervisors with any assigned tasks.

MAIN DUTIES
- Carry out equipment installation, and efficiently document reports.
- Load/offload, deliver/pick up, install and remove equipment to project sites.
- Assist the shop and technical supervisors in equipment and material selection tasks.
- Assist with servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customers' HVAC equipment.
- Ensure customers are completely satisfied with our services and equipment performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the shop and on job sites.
- Continuous development of shop technicians' knowledge and skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Gas license in good standing is a requirement.
- Minimum G Drivers license with clean abstract.
- Ability to work safely at all times.
- Residential Refrigeration (313D) a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
