Responsibilities

Install, replace, and service residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards Provide exceptional customer service on every job Work safely and maintain a clean job site Collaborate with team members and support apprentices as needed
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' HVAC installation experience (residential or commercial) Red Seal/Journeyperson certification (or in progress) preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $78,647.00-$108,379.00 per year
