Lead HVAC Installer / Foreman

to guide our installation crews and help train the next generation of HVAC professionals.

What You'll Do

Work directly with our crews to

train, lead, and oversee installations

of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC systems (residential & light commercial). Ensure all installations meet or exceed code, safety, and quality standards. Provide mentorship, direction, and support to apprentices and junior installers. Troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain efficient job progress. Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and the office team. Represent Borts HVAC with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
What You Bring

5+ years

of HVAC installation experience (residential and/or light commercial).

Gas Technician 2 (G2)

or higher

required

.

313D or 313A Refrigeration license

and/or

Sheet Metal license

considered strong assets. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation best practices. Valid Ontario

driver's licence

with a clean driving record. Proven leadership skills with the ability to organize, train, and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
