What You'll Be Doing

Installing furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers, thermostats, and more Teaching customers how to confidently use their new equipment Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites Promoting our membership and referral programs Participating in regular team training and meetings

What We're Looking For

2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license with a clean abstract Bonus if you hold a Gas Fitter, Sheet Metal, or Refrigeration ticket Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Organized, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction Criminal Background check will be performed

$3,000 Signing Bonus for Journeypersons

Available to certified journeypersons only
