We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Apprentice HVAC Helper to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work alongside licensed professionals on a wide range of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment
Support licensed technicians in diagnosing and resolving HVAC and gas system issues
Learn to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and service documentation
Help maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Participate in customer service activities by supporting effective and respectful client communication
Follow all safety guidelines, codes, and industry standards during work on-site
Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete jobs efficiently
Stay informed about new technologies and developments in the HVAC industry through ongoing training and education
Requirements:
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical tools (training provided)
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Assets (Not Mandatory but Preferred):
Completed pre-apprenticeship program or relevant trade schooling

Basic knowledge of gas systems or refrigeration principles
Exposure to tools used in the HVAC trade
