Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment, including boilers and ventilation systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems as needed. Repair or replace mechanical components such as motors, fans, compressors, and thermostats. Assist with appliance repairs related to HVAC units or associated systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes during all installation and repair activities. Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.

Experience

Proven experience working as an HVAC Technician or in a similar mechanical or maintenance role. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics reading, and construction practices. Experience working with schematics and technical diagrams for system troubleshooting. Prior mechanic experience in construction or maintenance environments is highly desirable. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. This position requires a dedicated professional with a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and related mechanical components to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation across all projects.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
