Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and boilers. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and safety. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools. Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations and repairs as needed. Execute welding tasks for system modifications or repairs when required. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to integrate HVAC systems effectively. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about system performance and necessary repairs.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a strong mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in plumbing, welding, boiler maintenance, and appliance repair is highly desirable. Solid understanding of HVAC systems and components along with the ability to read schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license is preferred for travel to job sites.
