We are a local Victoria HVAC and refrigeration company specializing in commercial and residential heating and cooling solutions.
Responsibilities:
Installation of new systems and retrofitting existing equipment for customers including documentation on jobs
Coordination of jobs onsite, leading other team members by providing training and direction on tasks, ensure compliance with regulations and processes
Communication with customers and team members to ensure work is performed in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience + certification in Refrigeration & AC - must be Journeyman qualified
Experience installing heat pumps and performing maintenance and repairs
Valid BC Drivers license
Skills:
Reliable, trustworthy, ability to take initiative, problem solve, and prioritize
Strong customer relationship / people skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal skills
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
