Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team; that has experience in fishing and hunting. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. This is a part time position, with an opportunity to become full time; Saturday shifts will be a requirement.

Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers - Assist with product selection and offer recommendations based on customer needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Requirements: - Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Basic math skills for processing transactions - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
