Duties and Responsibilities:

Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and standards

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies

Respond to HR inquiries from employees and supervisors

Carry out recruitment processes

Manage the performance evaluation system

Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

Manage disciplinary measures

Oversee company compensation and benefits programs

Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives

Manage training and professional development

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management or Management

CPHR designation is an asset

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or as a specialist in one of the HR functions

Effective bilingual communication (French and English), both oral and written

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive

Valid drivers license

Compensation and Benefits:

Weekly salary for 45 to 50 hours of work

Full-time, year-round position

Salary between $80,000 and $100,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications

Bonus for CPHR designation

Performance-based bonus (based on objectives achieved)
