Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness, the Human Resources Consultant (HRC) is an HR professional who contributes to the overall company direction and the accomplishment of the organization's goals and objectives. The HRC is responsible for providing human resources leadership, advice, and consultation to their business unit(s) and will play a key role in driving forward HR initiatives.
Specific Accountabilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with your business unit(s), based on the demonstration of added value from Human Resources. Develop an awareness of the business challenges and objectives to drive a proactive approach to Human Resources.
