Responsibilities:

Provide HR all-rounded generalist support to assigned division Handle full cycle of talent acquisition including job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding. Handle all aspects of payroll administration including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, employee compensation and MPF administration etc. Work closely with the line managers in C&B issues, employee communications, compensation planning, performance management and other HR projects Maintain employee data and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate Ensure HR practice complies with local regulations Contribute to HR related ad hoc projects where necessary.

Requirements?

Bachelor's Degree or above. At lease 1 year Human Resources experiences in financial services industry. Candidates with experiences or insights in blockchain/cryptocurrency will be a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Intuitive with a positive attitude and proactive work practices. Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player. Able to multi-task and work under pressure. Excellent command in spoken and written English and

Mandarin is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
