Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring effective HR practices. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in employee relations, change management, and human resources information systems (HRIS). The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR initiatives, developing training programs, and managing employee engagement efforts.
Duties
• Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs that enhance employee skills.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Kronos, SAP, or Ceridian for efficient data management and reporting.
• Implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions effectively.
• Monitor budgeting for HR initiatives and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Experience
• Proven experience in a Human Resources Manager role or similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, training development, change management, and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
