Go Integrated Group of Companies is looking for a proactive, collaborative and strategic

Human Resources Manager

to lead our HR team. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, working closely with managers and employees to align HR strategies with business objectives. This position is responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of the company HR strategies, policies, procedures and processes. This role involves advising on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and organizational development. Employee Relations



Review, formulate, and recommend HR policies and objectives that govern the relationship between employer and employee where necessary. Establish a positive employer-employee relationship that supports a high level of engagement, morale, and motivation.

Salary & Benefits



Research and create salary ranges for each group of job functions across the organization, building on what is already in place. Each range must reflect the skills, experience, and knowledge of the job and be designed to motivate employees.

Performance Management



Design a performance management system for the organization focusing on employee development and organizational improvement.

Succession Planning



Work with Division Vice Presidents/Directors to develop a succession plan for second-tier leaders for each key position across the organization.

Other Undertakings



Disability Management, WSIB, Health and Safety and managing the recruitment and onboarding process Other projects as assigned

Experience & Education



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. HR certifications; CHRP or CHRL , Strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and DocuSign applications, considered an asset.

Shift Details & Work Environment



On-site Monday to Fridays, weekends as needed. Fast-paced, collaborative office setting with frequent cross-department interaction. Occasional travel to our various sites and business account locations. Regular use of HR software systems and digital communication tools This position is primarily sedentary and requires the employee to sit for extended periods. Frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment is required. The role is typically performed in a climate-controlled office environment with standard lighting and noise levels. Occasional lifting of office supplies or files (up to 25 lbs) may be necessary.
