Handle workers' compensation claims and incident reports.
HR Technology & Process Optimization:
Implement and manage HR technology solutions (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and digital onboarding tools).
Automate and streamline HR workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Leverage data analytics to track HR metrics and improve workforce planning.
Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy compliance in all HR technology applications.
