Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR processes and systems, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews using ATS platforms such as iCIMS and Lever. Facilitate onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Maintain employee records and HRIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. Support payroll processing using systems like ADP, Ceridian, or Kronos, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees. Assist in change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution. Collaborate with management on project management initiatives related to HR functions and organizational development. Conduct data collection and analysis to support talent acquisition strategies and HR reporting needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources management or a related field. Familiarity with HR software systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization. Experience in training & development practices to enhance employee skills and performance. Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations is preferred. Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Experience in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing candidates through various channels.
