The incumbent is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely pay for employees including auditing of bi-weekly pay, processing and auditing retro payments, payments of vacation accruals at termination.
Assist in the management of the employee uniform program including inventory, distribution, collection and repair requirements.
Coordinate the employee transit subsidy program which consists of enrollments, maintenance and auditing.
Assist the Human Resources Department in various employee recognition programs, events, and engagement initiatives.
Perform all other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications and AbilitiesAbility to communicate well orally and in writing
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel required
Experience using an HRIS is an asset
Highly organized with very good attention to detail
Results-oriented and ability to work at a fast pace
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Tourism or Hospitality industry an asset
Background check required at the time of hireWorking ConditionsThe right team member is able to work 40 hours a week.
