Organization- Bayshore Home Care Solutions
Position - Human Resources Intern
Pay - $18/ hourly
Location: Hamilton, On. (In office)
Length of contract: 4 months
Hours - Day shifts: Monday to Friday, flexible working hours between hours of 7:00 am to 5:00pm.
Start date - As soon as possible
Experience - Considered an asset Tasks -
  • Answer general inquiries via email and phone.
  • Perform exit interview.
  • Complete employment letters as requested.
  • Assist with recruitment as needed.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Job Qualification
Education
Minimum - Enrolled or Completion of Human Resources Administration Diploma/ Degree/Post-Grad Certificate Experience
  • HR experience considered an asset
  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to accurately enter confidential data and information
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software.
  • Ability to operate all standard office equipment; proficiency in written and spoken English.
