Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Manager for a temporary contract spanning 14-15 months to work with one of our clients in the Health Care sector. This position will be crucial in managing HR functions across multiple sites, with the primary base in Brampton and occasional visits to Newmarket.

Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Expertise: The ideal candidate must have a solid background in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and experience interfacing with payroll functions. Proficiency in ADP HRIS and Workforce Now is essential.
- Project Management: Oversight on various project areas, requiring strong project management skills. Building and nurturing relationships with finance, clinical departments, and working towards strategic goals for project advancement.
- Compensation and Benefits: In-depth understanding of benefits administration and experience in market evaluation for potential new benefits administrators. A good sense of HRIS practices, compensation, and oversight on retention and employee excellence programs.
- Metrics and Analytics: Adept at handling metrics and analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making for HR initiatives. Responsible for overseeing policies and procedures, optimizing HR systems, and initiating job evaluation committees.
- Hybrid Role: The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing 2-3 days a week to work remotely or from the Toronto or Brampton office. Some travel to Newmarket may be required.
