As they continue to grow, our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their team and help lead their HR department to new heights.Responsibilities:-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy-Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions-Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances-Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning-Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge-Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness-Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations-Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management-Offers expert research, analysis, counsel, and direction in the creation, monitoring, and enhancement of HR management strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and services to ensure ongoing improvementQualifications:-Certified Human Resources Professional / Leader (CHRP / CHRL) designation-Fluently bilingual in both official languages-Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.-7+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success-Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations-Proficiency in drafting correspondence on diverse matters and compiling reports on human resources data-Capability to interact with client organizations, furnish information, and resolve human resource concerns-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization-Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive business results-Understanding of policies and systems pertaining to leave, compensation, payroll, training, staffing, and benefit plan providers, particularly in relation to insurance and benefitsIf this position interests you, please do not hesitate to apply online today or call us at 613-236-4253!Job Reference Number: 0012908496Robert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
