Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with employees and management to ensure a positive work culture and facilitate the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Stay current with HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally including leadership experience
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
