Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. This role is key to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:




Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers. Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendors. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documentation. Handle employee relations issues by conducting investigations, documenting findings, and recommending solutions. Support performance review processes. Assist with HR reporting and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and diversity metrics. Partner with leadership on various HR projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:




Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role. Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP or CHRL) is a plus.
