Position: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Primarily in Longueuil, with travel to Quebec, Ontario, and Western Canada
Salary: Between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent

- An annual bonus up to 5%Your Responsibilities:- Advise and support your client group on all aspects of human resources
- Collaborate with team members on the development and implementation of HR processes
- Recruit for open positions within the group and support managers
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees
- Provide advice and guide managers on HR best practices
- Analyze training needs and coordinate training activities
- Ensure compliance with the compensation policy
- Maintain dashboards to measure various HR performance indicators (KPIs)
- Serve as the HR point of contact for the organization in Canada
- Participate in various HR projects such as employee engagement and retentionRequirements:- Availability to travel and stay overnight away from home each week: one week in Quebec, the next week two days in Ontario, and the following week 2 to 3 days in Western Canada
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- A university degree in human resources
- Membership in the human resources professional order is a strong asset
- Bilingual in spoken and written English and French to support employees in Ontario and the rest of Canada
