Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations Oversee the classification and rating of occupations Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes Advise senior management Respond to employee questions and complaints Provide customer service Conduct performance reviews Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Commerce
- Proven experience working in HR roles - Classification, evaluations, Benefits, JDs, ER etc.
- Proficiency in SAP, UltiPro, or similar HRIS systems
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Residing in Pelly is an advantage.
- Project management skills and data entry proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.47 per hour
