Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist for our team based in London, Ontario. This role offers a permanent employment opportunity where your primary responsibilities will be managing employee performance, handling WSIB claims, and facilitating employee relations. The position requires onsite work and you will be a key member of a collaborative HR teamResponsibilities:

• Efficiently manage employee performance, including attendance tracking

• Oversee WSIB claims management, including conducting thorough investigations

• Keep training records updated and accurate

• Prepare precise and accurate performance write-ups

• Work effectively with the HR team and contribute to a positive team environment

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact and follow up with employees

• Utilize Navision for various HR-related tasks

• Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Adhere to the business casual dress code

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role

• Proficient in employee performance management

• Experience with handling Workers Compensation claims

• Ability to generate and interpret attendance reports

• Proven experience in conducting investigations related to HR issues

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Navision software

• Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution
