Position: Human Resources Director
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: Up to 150K (based on experience) + full benefits

Requirements:
- Ability to multitask, take initiative
- At least 5+ years of experience in an HR management role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 2 people
- Manage the full recruitment process
- Manage the payroll and benefits process
- Be responsible for employee development and training
- Establish and implement new policies and procedures
