Our professional teams offer a diverse range of services including home support, residential care for children and youth, support for adults with I/DD, capacity development with indigenous communities, supervised access for families as well as private health and occupational health and safety services. What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries; managing the HR inbox, receiving phone calls and lots of "Hey, do you have a minute" visits.
• Oversight and management of HRIS, ensuring all employee files are maintained and updated using high confidentiality, accuracy and discretion.
• Act as liaison and key administrator for health and dental benefits for both frontline and management staff for 600+ employees, coordinating enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits
• Conducting audits and generating reports on general HR activity.
• Support the HR team through a variety of activities involving documentation, auditing, reporting and communication, to ensure things are top notch!
What You'll Bring:

• A self-starter, who has a high level of discretion and values confidentiality.
• A strong communicator with an eye for detail.
• Someone who uses their savvy to investigate and gather information to respond to inquiries and build relationships.
• A champion of organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities all while being able to quickly change direction when least expected.
• Someone who is highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
• A self proclaimed data nerd that is comfortable generating reports, conducting data analysis and research and reporting on general HR activity.
Education and Experience ?
Previous experience in an HR administrative role or a compensation and benefits role and post secondary education in human resources, business, communications or administration is considered an asset.

This is a full-time permanent position with an amazing team! The previous HR Coordinator was a process/SOP nerd, meaning you will have a lot laid out for you stepping into this role. But you will have the trust of the HR Manager to make the role your own!
