Position Overview





This is a temporary position to cover a maternity/parental leave. The term is expected to be approximately 14 months, with a potential for extension or permanent placement within the department. The HR Coordinator will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and key HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations and an exceptional employee experience for all 4L locations. This position reports to the Director of HR, and they will be assisting in the fostering and growth of the people and culture that make up the dynamic team of 4L.

Key Responsibilities




Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers). Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategic sourcing plans. Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools Coordinate and deliver an engaging onboarding process for new hires. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and new hire documentation. Ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization. Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS data. Assist with policy updates and ensure compliance with employment laws. Generate HR reports and assist with audits when required. Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of HR, including coordinating meetings, and assisting with the execution of HR initiatives and projects

Qualifications




2+ years of experience in HR Coordination Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. (Experience hiring for a sales team preferred) Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products and familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems. (UKG an asset) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Experience




Preferred2 year(s): HR Coordination or similar role that had a focus on full-cycle recruitment and HR administrative work. Recruitment experience for a sales organization is an asset. Experience coordinating onboarding programs, maintaining accurate HRIS and ATS records, preparing offer letters and HR documents and reports.

Education




PreferredBachelor's degree or better in Human Resource Administration or related field * Bachelor's degree or better in Business Administration or related field
