As a Human Resources (HR) Consultant with Organizational Development you will provide expertise in organizational change to facilitate the successful execution of business change initiatives and/or large organizational or department-wide transformational change projects. Supporting the Climate and Environment business unit within Planning and Development Services, you will work collaboratively with multiple teams and individuals to coordinate the organizational development services required and to ensure the client’s needs are met and aligned with other initiatives taking place within the client’s area or across the organization.
