Major Responsibilities



1) Career Planning and Coaching (60%)



Provide career planning and talent development coaching to university students and young professionals including career assessment, industry insights sharing, job applications, interview skills, business communication and career advancement, etc.

Analyze job postings and review/edit various job applications documents, including resume, cover letter, interview preparation notes and business communication correspondence, etc.

Provide on-going career advice/counsel, conduct various mock interviews (e.g., video, telephone and/or face-to-face) and answer inquiries in miscellaneous career topics (e.g., job application, networking, reference/background check, onboarding, career advancement, etc.)

Implement coaching follow-up, documentation and reporting to continuously improve client experience during the talent development and talent acquisition cycle

Perform weekly job posting search and prepare various coaching related reports (e.g., offer reports, coaching progress reports, training reports and mentor time reports, etc.)

Guide Coach Support (HR Assistant and/or Talent Development Specialist) and external mentors to ensure the successful delivery of wholistic career coaching process on an on-going basis

Facilitate the client onboarding process and lead post-offer career development activities

2) Training & Development (20%)



Design and organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops, including hosting meetings, drafting PPT and facilitating communications with external trainers

Deliver career boot camp, job searching and career advancement training sessions (on-line/offline)

Provide training/guidelines to relevant parties (e.g., iDC Staff, mentors, third-party partners/vendors, Ambassadors, volunteers)

Assist in communicating on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, YouTube, XiaoETong)

Create e-learning contents for e-learning platforms and create training documentations

3) Business Operations Support and People Management (20%)



Update and maintain client database and keep track of coaching progress to continuously draw insights from data and improve coaching effectiveness

Collaborate with different functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounting & IT) to ensure the efficiency of our career coaching and HR consulting services

Provide oversight and coaching to junior staff (HR Assistant and/or Talent Development Specialist) for continuous improvement of their job performance

Built strong relationship with key stakeholders (e.g., alumni, mentors, social committee members) to ensure the smooth delivery of new coaching and training initiatives

Play a liaison role with partners (e.g., university career services centers, professional associations, employers) to identify business partnership opportunities

Qualification Requirements



1.

Minimum 5 years of experience

in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Learning, HRBP or Business Consulting; previous coaching experience would be an asset

2. Solid knowledge of HR consulting, adult learning methodologies and various social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, LinkedIn)

3. Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Business, Economics, Management or Education

4. Excellent coaching, customer services, relationship management and communication skills

5. Energetic, organized, detail-oriented with strong

service mind-set, work ethics

and

can-do attitude

; demonstrated self-motivator, quick learner and problem-solver

6. Intermediate level of Excel (PivotTable), PowerPoint & Word;

fluency in Mandarin

is a must

7. Work towards CHRP or coaching certifications would be an asset
