Your mission: to support, advise, prevent, optimize and promote good HR practices throughout the company. Versatile, solution-oriented and recognized for your collaborative approach, you are the preferred resource person for everything related to human capital management, specifically:
Recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding ( 30%)
Take charge of the complete recruitment process for various types of positions (posting, selection, interviews, references, offers).
Contribute to the attraction of talent and the improvement of the candidate experience.
Coordinate and optimize the onboarding process for new employees.
Participate in the development of the employer brand (external platforms, events, attraction initiatives).
Health, Safety & Wellness
Ensure the administrative management of CNESST files: accident and near-miss investigations, temporary assignments, ADR, prevention and proactive management of claims.
Play a key role in prevention : animation of the OHS committee, monitoring of actions, preparation of statistics and OHS meeting.
Coordinate OHS training (factory, office and site).
Ensure the updating of OHS programs and procedures.
Actively participate in the social committee and initiatives that promote overall health, engagement and a sense of belonging.
Labour Relations and Support to Managers
Act as an HR reference point for managers and employees to support them in the various HR aspects.
Support managers in probation evaluations and monitoring of trial periods.
Manage absences: sick leave, leave, medical requests, ticket follow-up as needed.
Write and support the implementation of disciplinary and administrative measures.
Conduct or support internal investigations and employee/manager meetings.
Produce employment confirmations and other HR certificates.
Benefits & HR Programs
Administer and support employees in employee benefit programs: group insurance (changes, memberships, questions), group RRSP, long-term disability.
Follow up on probation periods.
Coordinate the Employee Assistance Program.
Manage teleworking contracts and associated administrative follow-ups.
Internal communication and employer branding
Contribute to the continuity of the employer brand (external platforms, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Participate in the management of internal communications (internal TV and messages to employees).
Create or support the creation of content that promotes engagement and transparency.
Training and development
Participate in the coordination, planning and accounting of training in accordance with the 1% law.
Maintain training cards and records.
Support skills development and development initiatives.
Contribute to the updating of HR policies, programs and practices.
Participate in the production of reports, surveys, organizational charts, etc.
Any other task to support the human resources team in achieving its objectives.
