Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the

Senior HR Business Partner

supports

corporate functions

(Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Quality, etc.) and

strategic transformation projects

As a

strategic advisor and change leader

, you will play a key role in shaping the future of YLCC by supporting leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and cultural evolution.

Your Impact:




As a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, you will contribute directly to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. Your expertise in human resources and your ability to foster a positive work environment will help improve employee engagement, strengthen leadership within the management team, and optimize organizational performance.

What You'll Be Doing:



Act as a strategic partner to corporate leaders, aligning HR priorities with business objectives. Support the design and execution of transformation projects (structure, systems, leadership, culture). Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development. Lead or support change management and culture initiatives (Day of Change, Supermood, Podium, etc.). Partner with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver seamless and impactful employee experiences. Contribute to the design and implementation of engagement and talent programs. Provide strategic advice on sensitive HR matters, including organizational evolution and employee relations. Champion a workplace culture that promotes empowerment, accountability, and collaboration.

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

8-12 years

of experience in a similar HRBP or strategic HR advisory role. Proven experience supporting corporate functions and

driving organizational transformation.

Fully bilingual (French and English), spoken and written. CRHA designation (an asset).

Relevant du Vice-president, Ressources humaines, le

Partenaire d'Affaires RH - Senior

soutient les

equipes corporatives

(Finance, Marketing, RH, TI, Qualite, etc.) ainsi que les

projets de transformation

de YLCC. Vous jouerez un role cle dans la mise en oeuvre de notre vision RH et de notre modele operationnel en accompagnant les leaders dans la gestion du changement, le developpement des talents et l'evolution culturelle de l'entreprise.


En tant que Partenaire d'Affaires senior en Ressources Humaines, vous jouerez un role essentiel en tant que conseiller strategique au sein de l'equipe des operations. Vous serez responsable d'accompagner les gestionnaires dans la mise en oeuvre de strategies de ressources humaines tout en garantissant une gestion efficace des relations de travail et un climat positif.

Ce que vous ferez :



Agir comme partenaire strategique aupres des leaders corporatifs pour aligner les priorites RH sur les objectifs d'affaires. Soutenir la mise en oeuvre des projets de transformation (structure organisationnelle, systemes, culture, leadership, efficacite organisationnelle). Conseiller les gestionnaires dans la planification de la main-d'oeuvre, la gestion de la performance, le developpement du leadership et la reconnaissance. Participer activement a la gestion du changement et au deploiement d'initiatives culturelles (Day of Change, Supermood, Podium, etc.). Collaborer avec les centres d'expertise RH (remuneration, acquisition de talents, formation, communications) pour offrir une experience employe coherente et impactante. Soutenir la conception et le deploiement des programmes de developpement et de mobilisation. Agir comme referent RH pour les dossiers sensibles de relations de travail, de restructuration ou d'evolution organisationnelle. Contribuer a batir un environnement de travail qui favorise l'autonomie, l'innovation et la responsabilisation.

Profil Recherche :



Competences cles :



Leadership d'influence et solide capacite a etablir des relations de confiance avec les cadres superieurs. Orientation strategique et forte capacite d'analyse et de synthese. Aisance a evoluer dans un environnement en transformation rapide et a gerer l'ambiguite. Excellente capacite de coaching, de communication et de mobilisation. Esprit d'equipe, rigueur et sens de l'humour apprecies !

Formation et experience :



Baccalaureat en relations industrielles, ressources humaines ou domaine connexe. Minimum de

8 a 12 ans d'experience

dans un role similaire, idealement dans un contexte de transformation organisationnelle. Experience averee dans le soutien a des fonctions corporatives et la gestion de projets de changement. Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) a l'oral et a l'ecrit. Membre de l'Ordre des CRHA (un atout).
