Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client\'s team in Mississauga. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, supporting a diverse and growing organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and engagement, benefits and compensation, legal compliance, performance management, and general HR duties.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Prepare offers of employment, ensuring fair hiring and employment practices.
- Maintain and deliver all onboarding materials, ensuring completion of required documentation.
- Conduct new employee orientations, including relevant system and procedure training.
- Onboard new hires into HRIS, providing login information and user manuals.Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide support, guidance, and coaching to employees on various employment issues.
- Guide managers on effective employee and performance management practices.
- Participate in annual Employee Relations initiatives, including engagement surveys and performance reviews.Benefits & Compensation:
- Assist new employees with benefit enrollment and address related questions.
- Support compensation and benefit initiatives, including salary reviews and bonuses.
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs,Legal Compliance:
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and documentation comply with legal requirements.
- Track, document, and communicate required training for employee compliance.
- Administer Workers Compensation programs, including policy administration and leave management.Performance Management and Terminations:
- Support management with disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and performance guidelines.
- Prepare documentation for employee separations, including termination letters.
- Conduct exit interviews and surveys as requiredQualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:
